Pre-registration is not required, but we will put your name into a drawing for a NOQHA prize at the appropriate show if you take the time to pre-register your horse and rider information. FOR PRE-REGISTRATION YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM IN FULL AND SEND IT ALONG WITH YOUR HORSE'S PAPERS AND ALL NECESSARY CURRENT AQHA/NSBA CARDS (Copies of ALL exhibitor's current cards are necessary) and copy of ROM certificate for horses showing in Performance Halter. You only need to complete this form ONCE a year.
